Düsseldorf, 27. April 2006 Two shareholders of BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG
have informed the Company that a total of 3,000,000 shares have been
assigned to institutional investors as part of a private placement today.
The free-float has thus risen from 24.3 % to 32.4 %. 67.6 % of the
BIOPETROL shares are held by the Klink family and the management. Their
commitment as a majority shareholder has a firm long term focus.

The background of the transaction is the ongoing strong demand for shares
from the regenerative energy sector. The increased free float of the
biodiesel producer makes the share more appealing to the large retail funds
to trade in the share.

The replacement was handled by equinet. The BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG equity
capital remains unchanged at 37,000,000 CHF.


The Company
BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG, based in Zug, Switzerland, produces and
distributes premium quality biodiesel and pharmaceutical grade glycerine
through its German subsidiaries. Its clients include the mineral oil
industry and resellers, large fleet operators and public transport
companies. Moreover, pharmaceutical glycerine is supplied to the
pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry.

BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG currently produces around 150,000 tons of biodiesel
and 30,000 tons of pharmaceutical glycerine per year in Schwarzheide. In
early February 2006, the foundation stone for another facility was laid in
Rostock. 150,000 tons of biodiesel per year will be produced there from
October 2006. In Rotterdam in The Netherlands, the company will erect a
production facility for 400,000 tons of biodiesel and 60,000 tons of
pharmaceutical glycerine. By the end of 2007, annual capacity should have
increased by a factor of five to 750,000 tons of biodiesel.

Comme la plupart des valeurs du secteur de l'énergie et des matières premières, Biopetrol est en mode correctif (T2 baissier journalier).
Le support le plus proche est MW.
Tant que les cours ne clôturent pas dessous, les parallèles haussières ne sont pas invalidée, mais rien ne permet d'affirmer que ce ne sera pas le cas.
vient ensuite PM à 12,11 actuellement (à gauche).

Il faudra rechercher sur l'échelle hebdomadaire une signal d'achat haussier lorsque le mouvement correctif se terminera.

Sell off manquerait plus que ca, cette societe est la propriété d'une famille suisse, ils ont de l'argent ces gens hein
